Dr. Mahesh Bharegave ( born 15th Feb.1947) M.A. (Psy.), M.Ed. and Ph.D. At present, he is National President, Praachi Psycho-cultural Research Association, Meerut; Chaiman, Harprasad Institute of Behavioural Studies, Agra; Director, National Psychological corporation, (largest organizartion of developing psychological tests), Agra; National secretary General, council of Teacher Education ( CTE), Bhopal.; Vice President,Society for community Mobillisation for Sustained Development, New Delhi, Hony. Director Samadhan Kendra, Agra He had been the Recorder and President, Section of Anthropological and Behavioural Sciences of India Science Congress Association, Kolkata; Treasurer and Secretary of Indian Psychological Association(I. P. A), New Delhi and Psycho-linguistic Association of India(PLAI), Raipur for many year and the Executive Member of a dozen of Professional Associations , Still he is associated as life member of about 50 professional Organizations. He is the Editor of Psycholingua , Joint Editor of IJPE and consulting editor of eight reputed journals of the country.
Professor Nityanand V. Pandey is a well know scholar of National and International repute in the discipline of teacher and community Education. Besides his postgraduate degrees in Psychology, Education and Hindi, he has been awarded Ph.D. degree in Education and has undergone for certificate level course in' youth leadership and Training' at National Center for Community Education, Flint, Michigan USA. He has devoted nearly three decades of his life in teaching and research as Lecturer, Reader, Officiating Principal, Professor and Director. His administrative ability has been widely recognized by all concerned, as Head, Dean and Director of an autonomous institute under MHRD, GOI. His academic visits to some important foreign universities, viz., University of Michigan (USA), University of Ankita (Japan),University of Oxford (U.K.)University of West Indies (Trinidad and Tobago ) have provided him opportunities to 'learn' and 'Contribute' more in every sphere of life. In addition to his scholarly publication he has earned outstanding awards also in his credit.Some important awards are -Dr. Ram Lal Parikh International Literary award, International Human Rights and Peace award (UN-IAEWP-USA) and Dr. Ambedkar Fellowship award. His vision is to enrich the Indian Education with a blend of Modern and Traditional Values so that our country stands tall amongst the rich and educated nations of future.
