KASHINATH NYAUPANE (b. 1966) currently serves as Chair Professor of Indian Knowledge Systems and Director of Publications at the Central Sanskrit University, Delhi. He was formerly Professor and Founding Head of the Department of Buddhist Studies at Nepal Sanskrit University, Kathmandu.

About the Editor:

Dr. Devanand Shukl is a renowned scholar and academic leader in Sanskrit studies, computational linguistics, and Indian knowledge systems. He currently serves as Registrar at Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University and has held key roles such as Deputy Director (Academic) at Central Sanskrit University.

Holding a Ph.D. in Sanskrit (Paninian Vyakarana) and expertise in Natural Language Processing, he has developed innovative computational tools for Sanskrit, including morphological analyzers and the Ashtadhyayi Simulator. A prolific author and editor, he has published over 16 books and numerous research papers, seamlessly bridging traditional scholarship with modern technology.

He was honored with the Panini Puraskar by the UP Sanskrit Sansthanam, Lucknow, for his editorial work on Šabdikābharanam. A frequent speaker at international conferences, Dr. Shukl's work represents a unique fusion of classical heritage and cutting-edge innovation.

Dr. Sharada Poudel is a distinguished Nepalese scholar with a Ph.D. in Buddhist Philosophy. She has served for over a decade as a permanent faculty member at Lumbini Buddhist University (LBU) and has been part of its Academic Council.

Her administrative roles include serving two terms on LBU's Executive Council and one term as Deputy Campus Chief of the Central Campus. She currently heads the Central Library of the University as Chief Librarian.

Dr. Poudel has authored several books and contributed numerous articles and research papers in both national and international journals. She has also delivered lectures and presented research at academic forums in Nepal, India, China, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. Her extensive academic involvement and contributions underscore her deep expertise and dedication to Buddhist philosophy.
